Okay this is how you do it: you see where it says "Attached Files"? There you have three different rar-files to download. They have the same numbers as the dresses in the pictures. For theese dresses to appear in your game, you need to download the mesh also. Follow the link above that say "Click here for the mesh" and download that one also. After that you need to extract the files into your downloads folder. You will need a program like winrar or winzip to extract the files. You will find your downloadsfolder in My documents/EA games/The sims 2/Downloads If you don't have that folder you can create it yourself at that exact location. After that you will find the clothes in your game, you need to go to a community lot to buy the clothes first, and then they will appear in any wardrobe of that family.
