This mod allows you to have your sims wash & look out all windows, see screenshots. Requires EP1 University or Greater. The wash windows option works fine. :)

I use your elevator stairs (yes, I like it) and to make it look like an elevator I place invisible walls with windows around. Well, my Sims try to watch and clog my elevator.
