Title: Druid Novice Robes (Warcraft Series #2) Post by: MacimesZero on March 17, 2008, 01:34:37 am As per Simz2luvr22's request, I have made the male starter outfit for Tauren druids. As before, it is simply Blizzard's textures applied to a Sims mesh. In this case, I had a hell of a time finding a decent male robe/dress mesh to use. I ended up using LordDragonstone's C113 Male Dress (http://www.sapphiresims2.com/showthread.php?t=15766), which is the MESH YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD for this to show up in game.
I know this sounds weird, but there is a shortage of masculine male dresses. An alpha-editable dress for males would go a long way to making robes and such. Anyway... sidetracked again. Sadly, I could not make this on a Tauren. I think BBB's Satyr mesh would be a good starting point, but there are no clothes for it, much less the one-in-a-million dress-for-men outfits on it. So, it's on a human instead. And a skinny regular one, at that. Oh well. You work with what you are given. Here it is. In examining the models in ModelViewer, BBB's satyr would be killer for the draenei guy for sure. Taurens, though, are really weird and I tihnk you'd really need a brand new mesh to do anything for them. Their digitigrade legs are much thicker than the satyrs', and they've got that massive hunchback too. :( Title: Re: Druid Novice Robes (Warcraft Series #2) Post by: WayAce on September 10, 2009, 07:28:54 pm Thank you for sharing
