http://www.simwardrobe.com The program stays on your desktop, and from there check your Downloads folder. See the report, and delete the conflicting hacks/objects. Ask her to remove ALL her downloads (moving the downloads folder to desktop). If her sims can interact normal and talk without her downloads folder it means it is something in that folder causing her problems. She can also delete the groups.cache file located in the sims 2 folder, sometimes it helps. Just did the Hack conflict detection utility on my PC which has the SAME hacks and no problems! Will try tonight and toddle across the road to see.... Try doing what MissDoh suggested and remove all the cc and see if the game runs fine. I'm almost certain it's something in the downloads folder causing the problem.
