This villa has solar panels in the roof,so economic to heat(ha) It is spacious and versatile,with space for a fairly large family.It is comfortably inhabited by a family of 6 in my game.(FAMILY NOT INCLUDED!) This Lot has 4 beds,4 baths,study,2 reception rooms,large kitchen-diner,dining room,family/tv room,study,nursery etc.It has a pool terrace area,kids play area,outdoor dining area with BBQ,and several smaller patio areas for a quiet time. The front has space for a driveway,but not included as ive lost NL(cry) You need OFB and possibly Pets to install.Packaged with Clean Installer,and play tested.Hack Free. No houses, go in EA Games/The Sims 2/Lot Catalogue Once its placed in there, double click to install.
