I've already turned sims into townies and they appear on my community lots and its all good. But the NPC's, i can't find them anywhere. So i wondered, where'd they go? They don't come over to your house unless hired, asked to come over or 'summoned' with InSIM or a similar hack/cheat. Townies will show up though. Joe Carr, Andrea Hogan, Meadow Thayer, etc. They walk by your house, come to community lots, etc all uninvited. Title: NPC's v.
