Title: Life Stories.....no longer starts up Post by: SaundMa on June 06, 2008, 07:26:58 pm after installing downloaded houses i noticed that the game no longer starts up, I know i can easily uninstall and re-install the game but would like to know where those custom houses went as i used cleaninstaller to install them to my download folder would i be able to remove them from there? what could be causing the game not to start up? is it the ep as i noticed one said it needed university.

1) You changed some content in SLS folders, or in another applications folders - you have to restart computer (Securom). 2) If the game doesn't upload after the restart - it doesn't accept some of your downloads. For instance, my game doesn't start, if I put in the Downloads folder the Insim version 2.7, but starts - if I put the Insim version 2.5. It means, that all the downloads have to be with CC that demand only TS2 basic game, and the game rejects to accept CC from the latest EPs. |
