Title: I am having a graphics problem, Please help!
Post by: KATHkATH55 on June 08, 2008, 08:49:33 pm
hi
i have a pretty fast computer and a good graphics card. i know because i can see everything that is meant to be seen. everything is good exept that sometimes when i take a picture or film the screen will get sorta pixelated or there will be clear white patches that flash a bit, it's weird. on my other computer i had a crappier card and this never happened, i also had the same cc. i have read that having high polygon cc hairs and objects can slow your game down but can they do this? i'm just worried about my graphics card since it's new and so is my computer and apparently my drivers were already updated with it.

i have attached a video on youtube to show my problem: :dontknow:

any help and replys ASAP would be really helpful.

thanks
KathxD

Did you accidentally press the "C" key? That looks like a camera flash to me

Is your DirectX and graphics card drivers updated accordingly?  That may help out a bit.  ;)

I never use the in game camera to take pictures. I find the quality goes waaaaay down. My suggestion is to get a program (they're both free) like Fraps (http://www.fraps.com/) or Gadwin (http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/). You might find your game running better, since you won't have to use the in game camera, and your picture quality will be much better.
