The clothing - white lacy cami with green skirt for both the adult and teen sim are from Chizuru at MTS2 and you can get them here:

The white lace top with jeans came on a sim I downloaded- I don't know where it came from or where to get it- but if you know- tell me and I'll credit/link it.

The download file contains the TEEN age sim and is packaged with maxis clothing and hair (base game).
