I used items from Glamour Life SP Residential 3x2 Lot Cost: 140,000 simoleons (Maxis furniture is :evil:) 2beds, 2baths, livingroom, diningroom, kitchen, basement, pool, off-street parking Furnished and landscaped w/CC Cleaned and packaged with Clean-Installer, no hacks Another lot in my Prefab series.
