It comes with a bedroom and a nursery(for potential sim babies) and an small open area which contains the kitchen and living area. This house also has a bathroom. It is only furnished with the essentials to get them started. So when they move in they would have to find a job to buy the extras. Has a small garden. No Custom Content.
