Price: $161,135 This is an ultra modern beach housebuilt for a large family of rich sims. Their is plenty of space for your sims to live and throw huge parties. The hardest thing to make was the gazebo that took eight hour to make it right. the house is uploaded with all the ep's and sp's the only cc in the house are the glass tiles I used for the roof. I originally built this house wit all ep's up to freetime and all sp's up to ikea I think to be on the safe side If you want a modern house that looks similar to that I have a request thread in the lots and neighborhood section called local contractor needs work. put your request on there and I'll make you one even better than this one with the ep's and sp's you have.
