firstly i cant start till tuesday sorry
i hopefully should finish the house wednesday (possible tuesday or thursday)
the cafe/bar i will hopefully finish friday (possible thursaday or over the weekend)
the hotel looks amazing and for me to do any type of justice is going to take a while so i will proberbly need down time and possibly other houses built and maybe actually getting round to playing al so i cant really tell you when ill finish really rough (prob before the 15th of sep) it hopefully wont be any later

alright now my questions do you want the whole house furnished, what eps do you have and bar the elevator do you want cc?

that shouldn't be to difficult though if you wanted me to get it extremely close to the picture i would need to use cc but i would be happy to get it as close as i can using maxis objects let me know

I have a request for you it is going to be difficult but I know once you read those tutorials I told you about It should be no problem. I don't care if it takes till march of next year I can wait. I whant a 5x6 lot with a domed three story church the first two level will be normal the third level will be the dome. this church will be in a cemetary as this is what I need for my hood make it in a downtown hood as that is where it will be using the cokebuilder tutorial build a bunch of 1 square by 3 square 1/4 wall boxes then cover the top with a granite floor paint do the sides in granite use the moveobjects on cheat to put the head stones on the end of the boxes. Use a terrian paint to make a circle path around the church make the circle big then make a path from the road to the church. and then a path from each corner of the lot. Then using the cokebuilder tutorial I would like real arches all the way around the lot decorate in some old stone that has moss or something that makes it look old you can decorate the the church the same way. Inside the arches put a wrought iron fence, and a gate to let sims in. I would like this as a comunity lot like I said time is not an issue. Than decorate the terrian and put plant the way you feel looks good to you. Iwant to put this in my down town as whne I am finnished with my entire hood I would like to upload it. all the credit for the lot would go to you of course if I can do this with a direct link to your lot thread. If you can do this challanging thing I would be most gratefull. This kind of lot you do a little at a time in between your other builds the longer it takes the better it will be. i have no idea when i will finish the lot ball park maybe at the end of the year or january time (hope thats ok) but for the research and to find the right cc and then to do justice and make the lot look really good (and if i get any other requests) will take quiet some time

Read First: The picture is only sort of what I want. The idea is in this. Sorry, it's so complicated. I am going on something from a memory. Just a small log cabin. I don't want a back porch like the picture. Just a front one like it. But without a foundation. I want the cabin on the ground. You can pick any color for the roof, that looks nice.

I just want space for a bedroom upstairs. Not some huge bedroom. Just a nice one. The rooms downstairs: You know, a kitchen, the normal. Only one bathroom in the house and that's for downstairs. hi clc i downloaded your cafe and bar and have been playing it non stop for 4 hrs and im really enjoying playing it i really love playing community lots but my lots are usually just a very bad square with no originality or uniquness
so i was hoping you would be able to build me some great desgins for about 5-7 business of all different shapes and sizes i need these to work as business as this is what im going to use them for i would like them already fully done inside and out please

ok im sorry for any inconvienince but ive had to bring my break up to today
i was hoping to ignore the reason i was taking a break long enough to build your lots but unfortunally its not working (which we figurered out just now having woke up from a nearing 24hr sleep

good news that though ive brought it up im shortening it so in stead of 14 days i'll be back up and running (hopefully) by the 18th so only 9 days

im half way through building Tadashiis Gekko's log cabin which should be up by friday and furnishing seeker mansion which should be up around the same time

im about to start redroseteas mansion and the classy hotel which both should hopefully be up by the end of my break

again sorry for any inconvience but at the mintuei need a minium of 14hrs sleep aday and when building your lots i was trying to get by on 9hrs which resulted in my mini hibernation

you can still post requests and comments but your gonna have to have a very good amount of patience

i will still try to be on insim most days so if you want to contact me pm me or ask on this thread

Any chance I could get a copy of this as well? But I'd like the foundation, the back porch, a lake, (large enough to add my dock and boats later & if possible with the swimable water) and 3 good sized bedrooms upstairs, (master bed and bath, 2 single rooms) a small bathroom, everything the same downstairs but with the bathroom being a quarter bath (toilet and sink) Could I also get a fireplace in the living room and master bed.

I have all the EPs up to AL and all SP up to K&B. I would like it furnished using items from Vitasims ( I have all the cottage sets)

that shouldn't be to much of a problem, only thing im not quite sure on is the lake i might just be having a stupid moment but not sure 100% what you want if you could expand that would be useful.
i am going to need some patience as i have a number of requests to do but it hopefully wont be to long(if you want i can pm you when i start)

A PM works fine for me. As for the lake, I would like the lot to be large enough for the cabin and the lake to take up half the lot. I think the 3rd largest lot should work fine for it.

hi i have bad news my computer has stopped working(on my mums laptop which wont even take the sims 2 basegame)
i can get it down the shop to be repaired next weekend but it will depend if it can be repaired or if i have to buy a new computer which i dont have any money for(already searching)

i got my computer down the shop yesterday but unfortunately it cant be fixed
luckily i have been able to get the money together for a new one but i wont have all money till saturday and im gonna have to upload everything again and build the lots id been close to finishing (redrosetea apartment, mizzhyperwifey hotel, and some of bdhfsbp2.3's houses)
im really sorry for all the inconvience when i get the lots up will now depend on how quick it takes to get a computer up and running (i am also working sunday and monday) and of course how long it takes to build the lots again

and in my opinion you should do outback one first for bdhfsbp2.3 (hope this helps)

lastly ive moved house this week and now have a new computer for the time being till i can get my old one back and this computer is not as good so i can only have the base game and prob 3 other games possibly 4 so since you are creating my lots i was woundering what you would prefer me to have installed obvioulsy OFB for the community lots and apartment life for the well apartment but if you have an opinion on the other two please let me know thanks!!!

i don't know if this is the right place for this post eh new to this.. but eh does anyone know were i can get a sink for a corner counter.. like a corner counter piece? i got a house built but its missing the sink and i can't seem to get a sink in the corner at all were i really think would add to my house "hopfully a functional diagnal sink.." i heard you can put one of the sinks in the corner and its functional with the 45 degree cheat is there anyway anyone can take that specific sink and in a way turn it into say.. a counter piece with the funcions of a sink because you know how when you put a counter piece next to another.. it changes.. and links to the counter next to it.. well i believe that it is possible to maybe do that to a sink anyone else agree? if so... lets see you work your magic and put it to good use lol if this is possible im sure its somewhat of a challenge and if you can create this sink please PM me the link because i dunno were i'd find this thread again lol
