Why isn't my sim getting the option to ask a witch to teach my sim to become a witch. I Had been friends with a lot of witches. Both of the bar lines are 100 full, yet still no option to become a witch... Why's this? Help please. Thank you!

Just hover your mouse over the Aspiration Bar, it'll show you what it is. Here's a list (http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/Lifetime_Want), but it does not include Apartment Life. |
