I suggest you get it and also look at the additional fixes he posted which he is giving links to in that thread. I hate to say it, but I recommend people stay away from the patch for the time being. I've had some problems with it and it messed up my game. I've asked Pescado about it at MTS2 and hopefully he will answer my question. The biggest issue is that is blacks out the neighbours, so when you visit them by knocking on their door, everything, the sims, the furnture, everything becomes solid black. The sims can still interact, but they are like shadows. If you are experiencing issue with this mod, the best way to get in touch with Pescado is to post about your problem directly at MATY in that thread I linked in the main post. If it is not working properly for sure he will fix it. Many are using it without any issue so I still strongly recommend it. Did you simply try to delete your groups.cache to see if it would not fix that issue?
