That game only comes with the Mr Humble PC if he drops it off at your Sim's door. That was one of the things I didn't like. How they changed the way certain FT items were bought or made available like the new Sims 3, Sponge, EA Sports (something like that) games only available on Mr Humble's PC.

That particular game cannot be bought from the game display racks or even on Monique's FreeTime and Apartment Life computers. No, Mr. Humble doesn't wear a baseball cap. He usually shows up between 9 AM to around 12 PM to drop off a pink present at the door with a message about the present. He's pretty creepy. You can't miss him!
