Play as is for now, and then decide what kind of things, if any, you would want to get your hands on. You may be happy with in-game content, or you might want some clothes, new lots etc. If you're just playing (as opposed to us storytellers, who need to be CC hoarders), you needn't be as concerned with downloads ;)
