I find the landlord irritating adn cannot figure out why the same apartment building has different landlords for each tenant. More spawning NPCs to slow my game down. Thanks EAxia! That helps keep the number of NPCs for each category down to a minimum of 1 - Unsavory Charlatan, Baristas and so on.
