He wanted a Modern comercial lot wher his sims could drink coffee. This building has an outdoor courtyard coffee area, a resteraunt, bar, plenty of space to just sit and relax, card tables, pool tables, video games, chess tables, and two his & her only bathrooms on the first and second floor. This lot has cc in it. It is uploaded with basegame, ofb, nl, uni. Now Ed will have a place for sim Ed, sim Andy, and all his other sims to hang out. Enjoy. List of cc included.
