This mod lets witches, warlocks/wizards do all good an bad spells no matter their alignment. However, the Evil witch will take longer to cast a Good spell, and the same goes for the Good witch. When both Good and Evil witches cast Neutral spells, they take slightly less time to cast those spells than the ones opposite their alignments. Maybe Squinge can make an alternate version to make it faster to cast or not. There's alot of factors involved with the mod, let alone make them all work for all alignments. Ah I see the issue was alignment related. Will go check that out again.
