As requested:
This mod allows you to throw any party at anytime on any lot. I also enabled golden anniversary for adults & I enabled throw party for children.

I have only tested this with EP3 but it should work at least with EP2.

this is awesome. I've soo wanted to just have a party hall, rather than redecorating my house everytime i want a party.

Yes it should because the want satisfy function is inside the party controller.

Squinge, lots of things conflict with Inteen package B.  Is it fatal or is there a workaround? Since installing it, I had a problem with Dorm sims not being able to go to class and greek house sims not being able to enter the lot when a sim tried to join the greek house, but I put that down to the hourly auto write article feature on Monique's newly updated pc.  

Since then I bulldozed the dorm and tried the lot with Monique's comp, and the party mod out, and the sims were able to go to class and successfully joined a greek house.  I'm about to try the party mod again... I don't want to have to give it up just yet.

I'm not sure yet how fatal it is I am still checking the code to see if I can change anything.

Thankyou, Squinge, I always wanted the Golden Anniversary option for adults to fulfill that lifetime want! I was told it wasn't possible - you proved them wrong!

I hope it works for NL, I know it says EP3, but I'll be testing for EP2 (I chose not to buy OFB) and will let you know how it goes (once I get to it)...

Yes it should work with ep2 or greater I will fix the description.

Squinge, the hack tester says that the Inteen version still conflicts with Inteen's Package B.  Is the Inteen version really fixed?  I have successfully thrown a wedding party on a community lot using it, but I eventually took it out later in an effort to reduce the number of listed conflicts in my game.

it's normal for it to show a conflict with inteen, I just posted a new inteen version just delete the file "communitylotparties.package" before using the new one.

newyears party- Sorry for being a idiot but is this one also ok with inteen. Or is the inteen version include newyears party.

The new years party isn't included with the inteen version but it will work with Inteen if you have the holiday pack installed :)

This is one of the hacks that changed the way I perceive the game. I depend on it, and mostly for weddings, to the point of forgetting that things aren't that way normally (because it feels so normal to do that!). So I am very saddened by the news of incompability with the new EPs. I depend on it for other very important reason: I play 1x1 lots and there just isn't room for parties there.

Is there any special reason why this isn't compatible - I mean is it forever gone, irreparable, or we just have to be patient and wait?

I am patient... :angel5: ... Just tell me the word, so I could go in peace and postpone wedding parties till further notice. Or turn bureoucratic on my sims - introduce the institution of Marital Office, with a fee, or something else as romantic as that, since my sims can have the wedding on commlot (thank you, Squinge!), but sadly not the fun and satisfaction of throwing a huge party to remember. But I hope, and pray (and I am not even religious in "the real life") that my sims be saved again.

Add my vote for updating this mod as well. So useful. Thanks!

Make a mod request in the appropriate place for a Seasons-compatible version. Do that in Mod Request section, and he'll take a look and decide if he will do it or not.
