There should be a trash bin in the lower right-hand corner of the Neighborhood Preview box. That is, unless that's been changed in later EPs since Seasons. :angel:
If that's the case, you can also take the route of deleting the related Neighborhood folder. (located in C:\Documents and Settings\*user name*\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods\) Depending on when you created the neighborhood, it will most likely have a number that's N004 and up. Though, if you had deleted a neighborhood before and created the one you plan on deleting now right after that, the current neighborhood would most likely have taken on the number of the older one.
