After failure and much fixy, here it is with 5 apartments between 5,029 and 5,288 Simoleons. Each fully furnished unit is 2 bed, 3 full bath, with personal garage and back deck. Lot ammenities are a decent sized pool and outdoor dining.
I've played a sim (with a pet and then a moved in partner) through her entire life cycle and love the function of this lot, except the long front walk and the fairly high rent, but these are *really* nice units... No CC, built with all eps and as I just discovered, Glamour Life, Celebration, and H&M Fashion...my wife just tells me.
