The building is from SC Societies and it's one of my favorite buildings. The flat are designed for single and couple sims. It have more space than my Urban Flats and now you don't have to share the bathroom with everyone else in the building :) Montly Fee: 683§ - 780§ 36 flats 2 Rooms: Mainroom and bathroom Translation from the picture: - Building cost: 1000§ +2 Workingpower 12 flats for workers -1 Happiness Cheap residents can stimulate the population increase and moving workers stimulate the economy. The building have a chance to generate criminals. - Custom Content: Numeors Standard Glass Windows and door @ MTS2 Zookinis Retrospective Set @ MTS2 There are some other objects included but i don't have the creators name/s. I have all expacks besides Bon Voyage. Expacks needed (not sure): Nightlife, Open for Business, Apartmentlife Do NOT upload on any paysite, this building is for private use only!
