This one was my first flat I built after I got tired of the standard ones that came with Apartment Life expansion. It's designed for singles and couples or sims with a small budget and it have the same style as my Whitestone Flats. Montly Fee: 764§ - 924§ 18 flats 2 rooms: mainroom, bathroom. Custom content: See picture Expacks needed: NightLife, Open for Business, University, ApartmentLife (Maybe Pets, Seasons and Freetime, i'm not sure.)
