Residential Lot: 2x2 Cost: 19,499 simoleons 1 bed, 1.5 baths, loft, driveway for 1 car, fully furnished (lots of CC), landscaped, lots of CC Cleaned and packaged with Sims 2 Clean-Installer, no hacks! Starter for new sim families or just graduating YA's. Lovingly furnished with low costing CC to allow the families to start off in style. Built over a large pond for fishing and getting food from the land.
