1. And no, there is no possible way to create just teens by themselves in CAS. The game is hardwired to prevent players from creating families of just babies or toddlers or children or even teens. An adult has to be made for the family or you won't be able to. BUT, there is a workaround. Create an adult if you want one teen to live on their own. Then move that adult into a new home and then use one of the many mods available to age the adult down to teen. Then you got a teen living on their own. The option is on the menu near the beginning of the site. You can use Search This Forum to type in common words you can think of.
