i did run->dxdiag-> direct 3d test and it work out fine.. but bodyshop won't open 0.o i did read a lot but most of the threads seems to have lower grade cards and I don't think my card is too weak to run bodyshop. any ideas? Title: Direct 3d error bodyshop Post by: EKozski on November 11, 2008, 09:29:19 pm Go inside your Sims 2 folder and delete the cigen file.
That's the file that holds BodyShop information. See if that works for you. Title: Direct 3d error bodyshop Post by: mmsbddvr on November 11, 2008, 09:37:01 pm wow an answer! cool doing that reply back soon

Title: just delete the cigen file Post by: axron27 on November 12, 2008, 07:03:47 pm It's probably not your vid card -especially if you are able to run the game-. usually body shop loading problems are usually solved by deleting the cigen file just as deleting the groups cache file solves game loading problems.
