Title: re-zoning Post by: murfwithjess on November 12, 2008, 03:06:13 am hey all.... is it possible to rezone a lot... I mean.. i downloaded a water front/beach side casino ( the front of it is on land and the back of it is in sand and water.. this is the one im talking about..

Try placing the lot (don't populate the lot yet), then bulldoze it and re-place it and see if it takes then.
