Title: Brick Version of my Remodelled Warehouse
Post by: tat2ddevilboy on November 15, 2008, 08:40:49 pm
Hi, all, I made some changes to my Remodelled Derelict Warehouse, so I thought I would share the new version with you all as well.  The outer and inner walls are now Maxis' Industrio Brick, and I removed the roof of the parking slip and replaced it with a flat roof which is also a second floor balcony.  In addition, I made some changes to the bathroom, making it larger so I could put in a tub/shower combo.

By removing the two backyard trees and the kitchen counters and appliances, I was also able to get the lot price down to $19,616, so it is actually a starter lot now, as far as price goes.  All the removed stuff was Maxis so it will be easy to replace, or you can just put in whatever you want.

Also, now all custom content is from olemantiker's Ole Factory Set, which you can find here:  http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=11419

Built on one of Aelflaed's mini lots, same as the other version which you can find here:  http://nene.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=251798

Anyway, I hope you all like this one.  Feedback and comments are much appreciated.  And, oh yea, PLEASE DO NOT RE-UPLOAD MY CREATIONS TO ANY OTHER WEBSITES, ESPECIALLY PAY ONES.  Thank you.

interesting lot, I like the bareness of it - gives my meagre decorating and furnishing skills free reign!!
