Title: SIMPLE ART DECO HOUSE Post by: tat2ddevilboy on November 18, 2008, 02:16:52 am Hi, all, here is my newest lot, a simple art deco-style house I built from a photo I found online. It is very small, big enough for one person. Photos show it furnished, but packaged lot is empty except for kitchen and bath stuff, as I wanted to give it a "starter" price, i.e., under $20,000. I succeeded, as the price now is $17,790. Source photo also included. All Maxis content, except for the windows, from stonetower's "Fallingwater" seamless window set which is here:
