Is it possible to have a hack that allows children to stay home by themselves without the need of a nanny? Is it also possible to have a request where a child can prepare a meal for themselves that doesn't require stove usage like a sandwich or a bowl of cereal? I own all of the expansion packs. Carrigon has a mod to allow children to prepare any meal using the toy oven. Read the instructions how to install and use the mod first. This toy oven (http://www.sims2workshop.com/viewtopic.php?t=2489) is what I use. Didn't need to start a home business in order for my children to make themselves something to eat. Mileage may vary on this one. There's two other versions of this to check out too. One version doesn't have Seasons. The other version lets kids prepare pizza and heat them up in the toy oven. Just click on Carrigon's Foods and Drinks above the thread to look at the other two versions. The second request requires a patch to prevent Social Workers from coming to take the child away if he/she was left alone at home. The patch is called No Social Worker Patch.
