But, if you want to do it the other way, you have to go to a community lot and wait for a NPC Witch to show. Then, you'll have to interact with her until you become friends. After a certain level of friendship is reached, you'll be able to ask her to teach witchcraft, which according to her alignment can turn you into a good or a bad witch.
