Title: Remodelled Warehouse #2 - NEWLY UPDATED LOT Post by: tat2ddevilboy on November 21, 2008, 08:55:07 am Okay, friends, here is my long-awaited second in my Remodelled Warehouse series(or perhaps not so long, lol). This one is also built on one of Aelflaed's Sunnyside Mini Residential Lots you can get here: http://nene.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=251798
It is a one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath small warehouse with a balcony outside the second floor kitchen and dining area. First floor is living room and half bath. Third floor is bedroom and full bath with tub/shower combo and toilet. CC all comes from olemantiker's Ole Factory Set here on InSIM: http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=11419 Thanks to olemantiker for making such great factory style build materials. They work so well with my remodels. :) As I said earlier, these lots seem to be becoming a set, and I am considering making my #3 in the series a larger lot, a remodelled warehouse apartment building. That one will probably take a long time, but stay tuned.... I would love to hear your feedback on this lot. :) NOTE ON NEW UPDATE: I made some changes to this lot, so I reuploaded the whole thing. Now there is only one driveway piece, as the other was taking up too much space, IMO. I also added a fence from the same olemantiker set, along with some landscaping. I then took new, better photos. For those of you who have already downloaded the previous version, please take a look at the new one and let me know what you think. The reason for the updates were to make the lot more appealing and workable, of course, but I also discovered after uploading the original that there was a PlumBob hack that had attached itself to the lot. I removed it from the new version and have since removed my HACKS folder from my game. That way this will not happen again when I am creating. My apologies. If anyone has any problem with hacks in my previous lots, please let me know so I can fix the problem. |
