something that gets to me is when i change the appearance of a in game sim new hair, makeup ect. and they laugh or they don't like it and i think maybe you didn't get a good look at yourself before i helped you....and i love it when i tell them  to do something and they look at me and moan like do i have to...reminds me of my kids...

Well smurfs8mysox7 i thought that was funny...so that was a good one to me..i get a kick out of how much of a slob don lothario is he pees in the shower and today i got a pic of him with his finger his ear digging at the wax i guess...then one time he called cassandra up to ask if she wanted to go meet him downtown so i said yes and thought this was a date....well when i get their with cassandra don gets out of the taxi and he brought nina,dina and the maid katelynn and naturally they all began to fight...i thought what a date...they had dinner and after dinner is when all hell broke loose..and at the time i was controlling cassandra so she got stuck with the bill....

i was just readin this post and i was wondering what exactly is the thumbnail folder for ? i have deleted the group cache and the accessory one but never the thumbnail or content registry...just wondering what they are for...and if i should delete them...

I'm not sure how i feel about this game...i like the idea of a seamless neighborhood instead of load screens like now which take a long time, after i've been playing a few hours...i like the idea of personalities instead of zodiac and the choice we have now with neat...nice...ect....i can see where they would have more unique and different ways about themselves now which would reflect on how they behave with others....the scenery looks real good more detailed and realistic...but i'm not real impressed with the sims themselves....the pics they show the skin looks weird to me...the eyes seem a little better but the hair and clothes seem like they are colored on...no realism at all...they look pasted and blurred....now i would like to see some children and toddler pics too... and i got a question? if the need to take care of the sims needs like we do now..eat, sleep..ect...won't be necessary cuz all u would have to do is click on the feed popup and they are fed and the need is satisfied....why would you go to the grocery store and buy ingredients to make food or grow your own? and if this applies to the other needs bathroom sleep, hygiene you would have alot of money cuz you wouldn't have to buy any of that stuff...so i'm guessing the popup is optional and hopefully the one for your sims to continue with their lives even if you switch to a different family to play...i don't like that feature either...Well i hope and really think they need to give us alot more details about the game before they try to release it...and mayb start a forum on their new website to help answer questions we as potentional buyers may have...i know not everything should be answered due to surprises but some basic ones yes...i bought sims castaway and i was very disappointed with it and after i completed the goal, 2 days after getting it i haven't touched it since, i wasted $30.00..IMO...i just want something i purchase to be worth it and i will continue to play it....

I kind of feel bad about saying this but everything seems to b working for me..the only thing i got rid of before i even installed my game was insim...i figured there would b problems with it..however the first time i played the game  some stuff wasn't there..i did get a crash but like someone else said i took out the downloads folder restarted my computer put it back in and then went to play the game and everything was there and all is working...i have the hack i believe by monique for kids do homework at 7pm and that works fine...the 2 bookshelves i tried didn't have the option to learn parenting or read the new kinds of books option so i have just been using the ones that come with the game...my toddler crib where they get in themselves is working fine...i recently put in ACR that was updated for FT and it works good so far.. i never had it before and it is interesting and fun to have...things r more lifelike now...i really feel bad for those of u who have problems each time there is a new EP...cuz the problems i read about i never seem to have with any of them...but then again i don't have alot of hacks in my game mostly clothes,hair,custom sims, few houses couple cars and some furniture...so mayb that is why???
I hope those with problems can find solution and beable to enjoy their game....

Both the sewing machine and pottery wheel are badge building objects and until you reach the particular badge color you will not beable to do those things i have my sim to gold on both and she can make everything on them....it just takes a real long time to get there....

Yeah the servos can b annoying just like the sims...but i have a plus with them...if i go play another family and the servo is a friend with someone in that family or walks by. and i greet them it is nice they do go around that house and clean...

I got a weird one for the 1st. time....Brandi Broke had in her wants panel to be best friends with herself??? and here is the weirdest part i paused the game and sat here for a few minutes trying to figure out how the heck i was going to accomplish that one....I had some depression issues once myself and i know u begin to hate alot of things about yourself and u have to come back and start liking yourself again...but she wasn't even depressed....
I take alot of funny pics and weird things in my game but I never uploaded them to share   I'll have to go read how to do it and maybe start my own thread like I've seen on here with my pics...
I solved the everyone get baby and toddler issue....i lock the door and only allow one sim to go in the room....so the rest just stand outside the door and whine...and i tell them to do something else....

Well this expansion is really looking great to me...and thanks maniac for posting all the sites to check out...i have just spent about 4 hrs. looking and reading all the info. available and i'm looking forward to FT alot....i already got it reserved at game stop near me and i will b picking up Feb.27th. my Birthday is the 13th. and it is my "50th" so this is going to b a nice present to myself...

I just got the castways pc game also, and i'm disappointed too...the role play was fun and i finished it with the guy he married one of the tribe girls and they had a baby...well the last home he moved into is where they r....i went to the neighborhood view cuz i wanted to move them and have a existing lot or blank one to do this....like wishings said above...there is only community lots and like four home lots which r already occupied by sims in the game....so u either have to move them out and then move in or move in with them....? i went to the yahoo site and asked if there was a way to get more lots but nobody has answered me yet...so waiting to find out if u can from someone....otherwise i wish i hadn't spent the 30.00 to get this game...

I thought of something else i would like fixed....I have to make room for more than one door to bedrooms so i can lock them and say who can use that room...the parents have 2 doors one i lock for dad only and one for mom...i do this so kids don't get in parents bed and same with parents in kids so they basically go to their own rooms and beds....i wish their was a way to assign who can go in the room with only one door...and if u have 2 kids sharing a room u could assign the bed for a particular kid...and it drives me crazy that toddlers play in the toilet....i hope they find a way to stop that....
i would like to see the things u guys have mentioned of course....but i would like to see some of the really annoying things in the game now stopped...
