It's a recolour I did of the hair by Seomi, there's a lot of different recolours by a lot of people mostly on MTS2. Here's one ThexVillain, Amanda won't be included in cycle three, like I said before though when i'm done with all the current cycles (up to cycle 9) i'll be doing the top miost requested girls.

No, not that I know of, the skin is included with the sim. That has happened to me before but not with this particular sim, i'll test it and see if anything happens but I do use him in my game and it's never happened.
