sounds boring =D

I started on this one 2 days ago, but my compy crashed so I had to start from scratch. Actually, though, I like this one a whole lot better.

It comes with (at least) 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, a hottub, and more.
The price-range is $50-60k, and is nearly completely unfurnished. There may possibly be a hefty gardener fee, since I had to make it a bit colorful as to not look so average =) There are no mods attached. I'm not sure what it is, but I guess I like wooden floors =p so expect a bunch of em.

P.S., I'm almost always on AIM in the evening, so drop me a msg if you feel like it. Im gathering up some cash to go buy the expansions, but being the poor/jobless person I am, it's taking a while since I need to buy new glasses first.

thank you for the compliments =) i usually download new genetics and stuff like that, play a while, then i get more. Then i realize that *since im a noob* i have to remake a family, but i dont like to cheat =) so i like to have starter homes available when I get tired of the same ones.

I'll probably have more later, furnished or unfurnished, depending on how much Big Red and Cocoa Puffs i have at my disposal.

BTW if you have any tips or suggestions for future houses that I make, please let me know because I'd like to know all tha tricks!

Heyo. This is my first post. I thought I'd show my appreciation to the Insim.net community by posting one of the lots that I made. Since I use dialup, I really don't have time to sit and wait for pictures to load, so I couldn't find any good starting-up houses (i went from post to post looking for prices instead), so I decided to make my own.

The cost for this 3x2 lot is a *mere* $19,000~ (since/even-though it is fully furnished, it does not exceed $20k, hence the great starting-up...ness.)

Everything your sim could possibly need is in this house. It is spacious and very playable from nearly any degree in a rotational circle =) It is great for 1-2 sims and it just looks all around nice. There is no family with the house.

House includes:
* Kitchen

Refridgerator, Stove, Sink, 2 cabinet spaces, a phone next to the fridge.
* Dining Room
2x1 Table with 2 chairs.
* Living Room
3-seater couch, Small Television
* Master Bedroom
Double-Sided bed, sidetable/alarmclock combo
* Guest Bedroom
Single bed (had to compromise for space and house cost =p)
* Study
Computer, Small Radio, a bookcase.
* Bathroom
Toilet, sink, and a bathtub.
