I wanted to create a different kind of Sim with Frank.  I'm a big fan of Capricorne's work.  Sims like Richard Kislapete, Robbie Booze, and his Bogauce trio.  
Not everyone and for that matter most people aren't storybook beautiful and or muscular and fit.  
I imagined Frank as a fit but not buff man, he'd have the good looks and power, and would rely on his entourage to get the dirty work finished.

Anyway, he was a picture in my mind and I thought he was cool.  He looks cool with Beosboxboy's slimmer bodybuilder as well but that wasn't the Frank that I was going for.  Have at him though for your game if you desire.
