I know this is a small problem compared to most of the others!  Sorry if this is a silly question, but does anyone know how to delete things from the “create family”?  Like eyes, eye shadow, glasses, eyebrows, est.  I know that the other games you could, but for some reason that is not an opinion in BV that I know of.  I would appreciate any help on this, thank you!
