1  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Missing wheel options? on: November 12, 2008, 03:34:00 pm
clean installer, that might be the one I meant.
Thanks.
I'll have to get back to you on how this goes.
My computer has been throwing up problems left and right these days

Ok, so does anyone know the name of the program where you can check for conflicting/outdated hacks?
I know this fixed the problem before, but I don't have the program any more, and can't remember what it was called.

The only teleport hack I have is the insiminator itself.
Maybe I should temporarily remove it and see how that turns out.

Thanks for the advice, but I downloaded the new version, and it didn't fix the problem. =(

Great, thanks.
I'll go look for the newest version then, see if that fixes it.

I'm sure this is something to do with the mods I've downloaded, but I'm not sure about the solution.
Long story short, when clicking on open ground, I don't get the option to birdwatch, hunt for bugs, or a few others. I do have FT, and the sims have enough enthusiasm to do these things.
I have had this problem before, and I believe I was directed to some program that could disable conflicting mods. This was on a different computer however, so I no longer have this program, or remember what it was.

I'd be really grateful if anyone could offer some advice.
7  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / secondary aspiration change? on: October 25, 2008, 09:12:50 am
Hmm. Strange. It's never given me that option.
That is just for freetime, right? I don't have to have AL or anything do I?

No, the orb only changes primary aspirations

Sorry  to necro an old thread but, is there a solution to this?
I'm having a similar problem, but not only is there no memory, but the want isn't even fulfilled in the wants slot (not to mention, when they finish, they magically rematerialise outside the tent, as if nothing happened)

I heard that doesn't change secondary aspirations. I'll give it a try though.

If anyone knows how to cure this, that would be great.
I wouldn't mind having the occasional Grilled cheese want, but having the same ones over and over is really annoying.
12  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Male pregnancy removes custom hair. on: November 27, 2007, 09:13:13 am
Yeah, just what it says XD

So my man got pregnant. Now... All his other outfits keep his gnarly custom hair in tact, however, the maternity outfit makes his hair switch to that strange buzzcut.
Anyone know why this happens, or if it's fixable?
