Hmmm... the reason I was deleting ingame was because I couldn't identify them in my downloads folder.... I guess I'll have to do it the hard way

Yesterday I spent around two hours deleting unwanted CC from buy mode ingame. Today, I booted up sims to enjoy a more simpified game, but all the CC had reappeared!! Why didn't it permanently delete?

I have a way too much custom content, and want to cut back....If I delete objects and clothing ingame that another sim owns or is wearing, what will happen to those sims? Will the deleted object/piece of clothing revert to Maxis or will my game have a spaz attack?
