when will it be released for mac computer?

I am still having trouble w/downloading. I have unrarx,which seems to not to be working on objects and also i download zip files which aren't showing up either. I download the mesh and the other file also so i don't understand why it is not working. I also compress the files which doesn't seem to work. Any advice?

how come the facelift option on the insimentor  isn't showing up with my original sims game on my mac?

the sims 2 just to make it clear sorry.

i just got a new mac and added the original sims. I wanted to begin adding downloads, but when i downloaded something from a website it doesn't work,except from the sims website. Do you need certain files for the mac? If any one knows that would be great.
