Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Vampires

Do you need a certain game for the Sims to find a vampire/date a vampire/become a vampire? I found some cool videos on youtube of vampires and I was like "ooh I wanna do that in my game!" So is there a certain attachment of a game that you need to have in order to do this?

I was wondering that when you download careers and/or majors how do you add them into the game to be used? I have SIMPE and I don't know if that does anything or not but could someone tell me please.
I am sorry if this is in the wrong spot. I am use to posting on Modthesims2 forum but they don't really help me there.
