I agree, more skins, but I do have some vaguely specific requests.
I'd like some more skins between the shades of very pale and tanned, I agree that some sexy feet pixies would rock but my biggest want.... Some more skins with slight "flaws" like the lip scars on Pixie Rush. Many people have scars in various places but add on scars don't look right. I'd love to see perhaps a couple of acne scars, a nicked eyebrow, maybe a TB jab scar and my greatest wish (for a me-sim) is an english rose type skin (with a warm skin tone) with an appendectomy scar! I'm sure sims must cut themselves now and then too!
Love, Lynzi

I've been looking through the eye sets I have and I've found a few that I think might work with your self-sim. To ensure I get the right ones, can you describe the type of hazel your eyes are? (Anyone who has "Hazel" eyes will know what I mean here. When you are talking eye colour, hazel basically means any other colour mixed with brown. That can mean brown around the pupil and colour around that (mine are like this, brown centre, green outer), it can mean brown around the edge of the iris and a colour near the pupil or it can mean that the colour is blended evenly (pretty much) throughout the eye.) Let me know which yours are Lady X, I have most and I've got 'em all ready to go

I would say the upper lip needs to be slightly "squinched" in IYKWIM. Your lip has a slightly inwards curve from the corner towards your cupids bow, while your sims curve slightly outwards. You have nice lips btw, very Angelina-pouty I agree the nose needs to be slightly larger (I share the big nose gene, I hate making selfsims with my nose) but I think I have an idea for the face shape. Try shortening the whole face, then the width should look wider in comparison. The nose and lips don't need to move but if you bring the forehead down, the eyes by one or two notches and add the slight tilt, I think you'll have it spot on. BTW, I have (somewhere in my immense downloads file) a pair of eyes which are very much the same hazel tone as yours (mine are similar, are you sure you aren't my secret sister? We look very much alike) If you want, I'll find out where I got them and let you know. Can't wait to see how you do with the alterations. Good luck, you've done brilliantly so far!

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / How do you choose your custom content???

I used to grab everything I liked, then I noticed my downloads folder was getting scarily big so I decided I would only download things I absolutely adored and couldn't live without, then went through my downloads folder and deleted anything I didn't like as much or ad a dodgy mesh shape or whatever. And my downloads folder is still rising. I now can't actually run the game because it's just too high but I can't bear to get rid of the stuff I love so much. Arrrrgh! It's like some immensely complex strategy game in it's own right.:smt120

ROTFL
I've been spending so long trying to sort out my downloads folder I'd forgotten about all of those things. I have thought of another though. Sometimes, when your sim goes outside on their own and you bring them in, only for them to go out again as soon as you "let go" and then their clothes get all muddled up and they start wandering round the house in their snow suit or going to the shops in their PJs. It must have caused quite a stir in Pleasantville when that happened to my sim who slept naked!

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / What is the size of your 'Downloads' Folder ?

My name is Lynzi and I am a downloadaholic.
When I realised my downloads folder contained just under 12G I began removing stuff but I keep seeing new things and I can't resist them. In spite of removing loads of rubbish, the number still keeps going up. This evening I made my biggest breakthrough since I started sorting though. I've now sorted all my female bodyshop bits. Once I've finished sorting the men's stuff I can compressorise it all then hopefully the game will run again....... Then I can sort out my furnishings, build stuff etc.
I am ashamed lol

I know we all love the game and I'm constantly in awe of the beautiful items people make. (I'm still trying to cut down my cusom content but I keep seeing lovely things and the number is going the wrong way.) However, there is one thing that bugs me, really drives me batty and I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this too. When you have a sim in a beautiful evening gown, you look at them straight on and it looks gorgeous, then you turn them 45 degrees from the camera and all of a sudden they develop a strange distortion across the chest area. A number of my lady sims seem to have this "mono-breast" deformation! 'Tis scary! :smt104:
Is there anything that winds you up like that? Or am I the lone weirdo?
Love Lynzi
(PS I hope this isn't considered to be an inflamatory debate type post, I just thought it might be funny)
