Hello,  I was wondering if someone would be interested in making a Stockbroker Career?    It could have ten levels something like this:

Level 1= phone trainee = $200
Level 2= seller trainee  = $400
Level 3= closer trainee = $800
Level 4= series 7 agent = $1200
Level 5= team leader = $1500
Level 6= acct holder = $1800
Level 7= executive acct holder = $2000
Level 8= Jr. Broker = $2500
Level 9= executive Broker = $2800
Level 10= Sim Street = $3500

I'm not sure about the chance cards  that could be left up to the creator if someone decides to do it  .  I just thought it would be a really neat career for the want be rich sims  .  Here are all the games that I have:  Sims 2, Glamour Life, Family Fun, H & M Fashion, Open for Business, Seasons, & Freetime. For the job symbol, it could be a picture of a business suit?  or maybe a picture of a street with a dollar sign?  just a couple of ideas

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find some more extremely long fingernails for my simmies?  I recently ran across the most beautiful extremely long fingernails on rosesims2.net on page 11. These fingernails are actually long in game    and you can see them   . Would love to know if there are other sites with fingernails like these or if there are recolors of the fingernails at rosesims2.net page 11. I would rather have the recolors if they exist   I don't think many people are into extremely long fingernails like me   and my simmies    I have all of the fingernails from MTS2 including shadylady's  . Me and my simmies will be extremely    thankful for any help provided.     and    

my download folder is 594MB.  I had to reinstall my freetime a few months ago and this time i organized my download folder. I don't think this folder is as large as my first one    but I can say I use everything in my download folder so there is no need for me to clean it out because everything in my folder is a MUST HAVE for my sims...lol  and my sims wouldn't trade it for the world...lol  well I'm off to find more MUST HAVES for my simmies....

I was wondering    is it possible for the fashion controller to have the option of a hair show   I don't know if this would be a hack or mod    just want to know if it can be done and if so, would anyone be interested    I would love to have this option for my game, if possible

Well, I still have Sims2 installed and I don't think I'm going to get the Sims3...   I'm too in love with the Sims2    plus I just reinstalled my freetime ep and that's like starting over from scratch which is fun to me  I am finding so many other things that I didn't have before and that is the coolest part  .  What I will do is catch up on stuff packs..I'm kinda behind    my last stuff pack is H & M & my last ep is freetime. I am not ready for the sims3.  The Sims2 has captured my heart and hide the key 

Ooooooooooooooooooooooh!! he is hot!!!!!!!!!!!  he is a must have for  me  I am going to add him to my elite gentlemen's club  !!! Thank you!!

I am looking for a household name changer if it even exist.  For example when I make a new families I like to make more than one, but the families I make all have the same household (last) name...just want to know if there is a tool that can change this?

The second one is a mod or hack (not sure) that allows your sims to have a group meeting at a certain place at a certain time.  I would like to have this for my mafia family so my three wise men can have their family meetingz
