Never mind, I got a new computer for my birthday (yes!) and the neighbourhood terrains show up. :-P

Hi everyone, I have a problem.:smt120 When i'm adding effects to the neighbourhood some do not show up. The little blue box is there but not the effect. The effects that do not show up are terrain ones; ex. fields, terrain colours, and flowers. Can someone plz tell me what this is and what I have to do to fix it.
