I have a question about sims divorcing or becoming unmarried from the sim they married,does anyone know if this is possible?

I was not sure if this is the place to ask this but, is there a mod or hack or something that enables your sim to jump off a diving board on another level. I put a diving board on a second floor deck and the sim won't jump off it.
