I am unable to use this cheat, it simply will not work.  I started with it in my userstartup.cheat file, but noticed that none of my cheats in that file were working (It was the first cheat listed).  When I removed it, all the other cheats then worked fine.  

I decided I would have to enter it in manually each time and tried that, to no avail.  I have looked through my hacks and see nothing that should effect it's use.  Any ideas?
