It is the same Npcs everytime you move into an apartment I have moved a sim in and out several times and it is the same set of npcs everytime. but what I did find is before you move sell the kitchen and bathroom, move out then back in the kitchen and bathroom are there again so you make a profit ( do not sell things you bought as you will just have to replace them) only good for people who don't use money cheats.

I think this may be a reflection on true life.  I have a teenage son and he spends more time getting ready than I ever did.  He spends more money on hair product and one tiny hair out of place totally freaks him.  He does occasionally wear shades of pink/pastel.  No makeup but he does use moistuiser cleanser etc.  A walk through boots will show you the extent, guys have a huge variety of hair, face and beauty products.

I tried to download it about 20 times and got the page you do not have permission to view this page.  If any one else has problems and doesn't have a download manager they should check to see if they have a programme that speeds up their internet.  I had google web accelerator. absolutely gorgeous.  I haven't downloaded but checking out all your stuff.  I may not download everything but half the fun of the sims is looking through all this artistic stuff.  At the moment I am fairly new at downloading so still at the kid in a sweet shop stage so having to restrict myself.  Thankyou so much for sharing with us.
