the problem im havin is when i try to create a sim in game...for some odd reason i can not see the sim...even when i create a sim in bodyshop. What can i do to fix this??

And the other problem i have is..when i play a family..i can not see the control panel..what can i do to fix this also?

i have Sims 2 Deluxe for a few months now and it worked good until a few days ago. when i went to play it all my neighborhoods were gone (including the 3 main neighborhoods)..so i uninstall the game and try to reinstall it but this message kept coming up

A problem occured when trying to transfer the file 'I:/AutoRun/AutoRun.bmp' from the media

do anybody have a reason why its doing this??
